Usage:
Apple is the most commonly consumed fruit which contains proteins.These proteins can produce allergic reactions specially if you suffer from Hay fever due to allergy to pollen from birch tree or allergy to peaches because the proteins in apples, peaches & birch tree are similar. Apple allergy is more common in women. Symptoms are produced if you eat apples or other foods containing apple.
